Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late Check-out: Subject to availability. A fee of THB 500 may apply.Exceeding 4 hours may be charged as one additional night at the applicable rate.

Reservation & Payment: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled automatically.

Amendment & Cancellation:

One date change permitted with at least 14 days’ prior notice.
Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows: non-refundable.
Peak period (1 December – 15 January): Non-refundable.

Guest Registration & Deposit: A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in. A refundable damage deposit of THB 500 may be required, subject to room inspection.

Occupancy:

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per room.
Children aged 0–7 stay free with parents (breakfast included).
Maximum 3 adults per room (extra bed fee applies).
Additional undeclared guests may incur extra charges.
